Here's how to do it yourself:

In order to complete this project you will need a can of reproofing wax, a cloth, and a blow dryer.
Clean the Fabric
Start by removing any dirt from the jacket with a moistened, lint free cloth. Whatever you do, do not use cleaners of any type. Doing so will damage the fabric. All you need is plain water. You'll also want to avoid saturating the clothing. Let the wet spots dry completely before proceeding to the next step.
Heat the Fabric and Wax
I have found that heating the jacket before adding the reproofing wax is helpful in getting it to absorb the wax more fully.
